Notice for Empanelment of Partners

SSSS Foundation invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified agencies, organizations, and individuals for empanelment in the following categories to support our development initiatives.

Category 1: Project Consultants

Scope of Engagement:

  • Strategic project proposal development and grant writing.

  • Liaising with Government bodies, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), and CSR wings.

  • End-to-end fundraising strategy and donor coordination.

  • Drafting implementation blueprints and establishing Quality Control (QC) frameworks for development projects.

Category 2: Field Implementing Agencies

Scope of Engagement:

  • On-ground execution of development sector projects.

  • Conducting field-level training, baseline/endline surveys, and impact assessment studies.

  • Data collection, academic research, and grassroots stakeholder coordination.

Category 3: Service Providers

(Note: This category excludes Manpower or General Staffing firms)

  • Information Technology (IT & ITES): Website & Mobile App development, Learning Management Systems (LMS), MIS/HRM/Payroll software, Data Processing, Cyber Security, and Hardware/Networking support.

  • Creative & Media: Content development for LMS (e-learning), Graphic Design, Animation, Printing services, and Public Relations (PR) / Media Management.

  • Professional Services: Chartered Accountancy (CA) firms, Company Secretary (CS) firms, and Legal firms.

  • Skill Development & Logistics:

    • Approved Training Centers (PMKVY, PMKK, DDUGKY, etc.) for program delivery.

    • Hostel facilities (Dedicated/Separate accommodation for male and female trainees).

    • Catering, Canteen, and Transport services.

  • Other Services: Please specify your niche area of expertise.

Category 4: Resource Persons & Subject Matter Experts

Scope of Engagement: We are seeking individual experts and faculties across the following domains:

  • Social Development: Rural Dev, Women & Child Welfare, Inclusion (Specially Abled), Gender Issues, and Senior Citizen care.

  • Sustainability & Infrastructure: Agriculture & Allied sectors (Horticulture, Food Processing, Animal Husbandry), WASH (Water, Sanitation, Hygiene), Environment, Energy, and Climate Change.

  • Capacity Building: HR, Finance, Proposal Writing, Communication, Soft Skills, and Entrepreneurship.

  • Technical & Market Intelligence: Cyber Crime prevention, Business Opportunity Guidance (BOG), and Market Research.
